Below is a copy of the contract we sign with all couples. Please review it carefully before making your payment. Note that the contract has three primary stipulations:
*Your ceremony should start (relatively!) on time. A 15 minute grace period is allowed (10 minutes for Elopements), after which late charges are assessed.
*Your payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. It can be applied to a to a different date and time (for the same couple) within six months of the original date of the wedding.
*You will work only with your assigned officiant. However, we reserve the right to send a replacement officiant should an emergency arise to prevent your assigned officiant from attending your wedding.
