If you've reached this page, it's probably because you've met with one of our officiants and have been given this link for some supplemental information.
By now, you've had many of your questions answered. We realize that we gave you quite a bit of information in our complimentary Get-To-Know-You meeting, so we've summarized much of it here for you to review at your leisure. We've also provided you with some additional information that you might find helpful. If you don't see the answer to your question here, then don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to explain things and to answer any more questions that may have come up for you since your meeting.
Remember that we cannot guarantee availability until we receive your retainer and your signed contract.
I want to book. What do I do now?
Once you decide to book, you'll need to make your $100 deposit (or pay in full if you prefer). The easiest way to make payment is to do so on our website via secure Google Checkout. Click here to go to our Payment Page.
We also accept credit card (Visa, Master Card and Discover only) payments over the phone. While we're happy to take your payment this way, please be advised that this sometimes turns into a game of telephone tag as we are not always in the office. Since your date is not confirmed until payment AND your completed and signed contract are received by us, then the most efficient way to do that is by paying online. However, if this is not your preference, then call us and we'll take your credit card information over the phone.
You can also send a check, payable to Lyssabeth's to
P.O. Box 1204
Manzanita, OR 97130
Keep in mind that we do not guarantee officiant availability until the check is received AND your completed and signed contract is returned to us. With a check, there is always the chance that the officiant will be booked for another wedding on your date while the check is on its way to us. We process many bookings during the course of each week so cannot hold your date without the retainer and a complete and signed contract. The best way to make sure you are able to retain your chosen officiant for your date is by making an online payment and returning your signed contract to us promptly.
Upon receipt of your retainer (or payment in full if you prefer), the Lyssabeth's office will email you a contract. You will be asked to double-check the contract and alert us to any changes, sign it and return it to our office. Upon receipt of the signed contract, your ceremony date will be guaranteed and your assigned officiant will email you all the ceremony components and samples you will need to begin the process of writing your ceremony. We'll also sign the contract and return it to you right away so you'll have a copy for your records.
Many thanks for booking with us. We appreciate your business and look forward to getting to know you!
We can't remember a darn thing that the officiant told us. There was so much information!
